I am an experienced Senior Devops Engineer with considerable expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), with experience in programming (Java, PHP), application support engineer, database administration and Linux administration. I enjoy automating all forms of manual processes within a company's eco-system with Security, Efficiency my topmost corevalues guiding my automation culture. I strive to build, enable, drive, and enhance the deployment of enterprise tools and platforms while influencing a diverse culture working towards an automated and immutable infrastructure, everything as code. I recently completed a project on automating CI/CD pipeline for my current organisation using tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype/ECR, Kubernetes (docker), ansible then deployed resulted image container into AWS ECS/EKS/Kubernetes also performed a task which involves centralising distributed logs into elasticsearch then visualize log outputs on Kibana i.e. EFK stack. I have several experiences working over the years with DevOps tools such as: AWS Fargate, AWS Parameter Store, Container orchestration tools (EKS, ECS, Kubernetes), Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, CheckMarx/SonarType (Scan codes for Vulnerabilities), Prometheus(Blackbox exporter, Node exporter, Alert manager, SSL exporter), Consul, Istio, CloudFormation, Grafana, Pagerduty. I would love to use my experience and passion to add value by automating processes within a company’s eco-system.
